IndExpress – Terms & Conditions & Privacy Policy

IndExpress provides parcel pickup booking, domestic courier delivery, and international freight booking. The App enables:

• Booking domestic courier & international freight pickups.
• Managing account information and booking history.

Services may be updated or modified without prior notice.

Users must register with accurate information: full name, mobile number, email, city, country, and password. You are responsible for your credentials. Activity on your account is considered authorized by you.

Use the App only for lawful activities. Shipments must comply with Indian and international shipping regulations. Restricted, hazardous, or illegal items are prohibited unless allowed by law. IndExpress may cancel bookings that violate rules.

Charges are displayed before confirmation. Payments may be processed via IndExpress payment partners or Alibaba Trade Assurance (where applicable). Once a shipment is accepted, charges are generally non-refundable except as required by law.

Tracking information may come from third-party providers (e.g., 17track) and is provided “as is”. IndExpress is not liable for delays or loss due to customs, carriers, weather, or third-party actions. Liability is limited to shipments booked directly with IndExpress.

We handle your information according to the Privacy Policy below. By using the App, you consent to such processing.

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violating Terms, providing false details, or using the App for illegal activities.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts in [Your City, India].

We may revise these Terms occasionally. Continued use indicates acceptance of updated Terms.

• Shipment info: pickup/drop addresses, AWB numbers, booking history.
• Device & usage info: device type, OS version, IP address, app logs.
• Optional uploads: KYC documents or images.

• Create & manage account and bookings.
• Process payments and invoices.
• Provide tracking updates and notifications.
• Improve the App and perform analytics.
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

• Courier & logistics partners for delivery.
• Payment processors for secure transactions.
• Tracking providers (like 17track) for shipment status.
• Law enforcement/regulators if required by law.

We implement reasonable safeguards to protect your data. Data is retained only as necessary for service and legal obligations. No system is fully secure.

• Access & update account info.
• Request deletion of account and personal data.
• Opt out of non-essential communications.

The App is not for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

Policy updates will be posted with updated “Last updated” date. Continued use indicates acceptance.
